How to use resonance sessions for opening, presence, and permission
Before you listen
- Use headphones. The binaural effect depends on stereo separation.
- Choose a position where you will not be interrupted for the duration.
- Lower the lights if you can. Reduce visual load.
- Do not multitask. The session is the task.
During the session
Close your eyes. Let the beat teach you its rhythm. You do not need to visualize, mantra, or breathe in a specific way. You only need to allow.
Whatever arises is valid: sensation, memory, desire, fear, numbness, arousal, grief. They are all frequencies. You are the tuner.
Permission note: You do not need to name what you feel. You only need to feel it completely.
Session 01: Permission (5 minutes)
Use this when:
- You feel closed or performing
- You want a quick reset before intimacy, creative work, or sleep
- You need a doorway back into your body
Session 02: Threshold (12 minutes)
Use this when:
- You have time for a deeper descent
- You want to cross an edge between control and surrender
- You are ready to feel more than you usually allow
After the session
Do not rush to speak or check your phone. Give yourself 60 seconds of stillness. Notice what changed.
If you want, write one sentence: "I felt..." There is no correct answer.
Safety
- Do not drive or operate machinery while listening.
- If you feel overwhelmed, open your eyes and reduce the volume.
- Resonance is strong. Start with Session 01.
