How to make the Quest your eyes (no ADB required)
- Click the big button below to open Meta's official casting page in a new tab.
- Wear the Quest for 10 seconds, press the Meta button, select Camera → Cast → Computer.
- Remove the headset and prop it up facing the books / art / room.
- Keep it awake: Go to Settings → Power → Sleep Mode and set it to 4 hours. Also cover the proximity sensor (small black dot between the lenses) with a piece of tape or rest the headset face-down so the sensor thinks it's being worn.
If ADB were enabled, I could disable the proximity sensor automatically. Since ADB is not authorized on this Quest, the tape/pillow method is the reliable physical hack.
