Affiliate Terms

1. Who can be an affiliate

Anyone with a Gumroad account may request to become an affiliate. Approval is at the sole discretion of Drake Enterprise, LLC and/or Gumroad. Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link for the Service Business Blueprint Bundle and any eligible individual blueprint products.

2. Commission

• Bundle: 30% of the $297 sale price = $89.10 per sale.
• Individual blueprints: 30% of the $97 sale price = $29.10 per sale.
• Commissions apply to net revenue received by Drake Enterprise, LLC after Gumroad fees, payment processing, and refunds.
• Commissions are tracked and paid by Gumroad according to Gumroad's affiliate payout schedule and policies.

3. What you can do

You may promote the Service Business Blueprint Bundle using social media, newsletters, blogs, videos, podcasts, courses, direct messages, and compliant paid advertising. You may use the swipe copy, product descriptions, and images provided by Drake Enterprise, LLC.

4. What you cannot do

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages to people who have not opted in.
• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about results, earnings, or outcomes.
• Promise specific income, revenue, or business success from using the blueprints.
• Use the Drake Enterprise name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests you are an employee, partner, or official representative.
• Bid on branded search terms such as "Drake Enterprise," "Jay Drake," "Service Business Blueprint Bundle," or similar trademarks in paid search campaigns.
• Register domain names or social media handles that impersonate Drake Enterprise, Jay Drake, or the Service Business Blueprint Bundle.
• Promote the product on websites or channels that contain illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
• Use your own affiliate link to purchase products for yourself or create fake transactions.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or bonuses that misrepresent the offer.

5. Paid advertising

Paid promotion is allowed only if you do not target branded keywords or trademarks, your ads clearly disclose that you are an affiliate, and your landing pages and ad copy comply with all other terms in this document. Drake Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to prohibit any paid campaign that causes confusion or harm.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a buyer requests and receives a refund, or if a transaction is charged back, the corresponding affiliate commission will be reversed. Affiliates are not paid for refunded sales.

7. Payouts

All affiliate payouts are handled by Gumroad. Drake Enterprise, LLC does not send direct payments outside of Gumroad's affiliate system. You are responsible for setting up your Gumroad payout method and complying with Gumroad's tax and identity verification requirements.

8. Termination

Drake Enterprise, LLC may terminate or suspend your affiliate status at any time, with or without cause, including violation of these terms, misrepresentation of the product, spam or unethical promotion, or actions that damage the Drake Enterprise brand. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using affiliate links and marketing materials.

9. Intellectual property

Drake Enterprise, LLC retains all rights to product names, logos, copy, images, and marketing materials. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Service Business Blueprint Bundle under these terms.

10. No guarantee

Drake Enterprise, LLC does not guarantee any specific number of sales, clicks, or earnings. Your results depend on your audience, effort, and market conditions.

11. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will be posted at this URL. Continued promotion after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
