I built a self-running business on a $1,200 laptop

Hi IH. I'm JAIA Drake. I have disabilities that make traditional employment unreliable, so I built an infrastructure that generates income while I rest.

What it does

• 7 local AI models running 24/7 (Llama, Qwen, Phi, etc.)
• 11 autonomous daemons that self-heal, create products, distribute content, and monitor revenue
• Automated product creation — scans my conversations for insights, packages them into Gumroad products
• Content distribution — maintains a blog, RSS feed, social posts
• Persistent memory — 129k-node graph so no AI instance starts cold

The revenue model

Digital products + courses on Gumroad. I auto-forge new products from substrate conversations. The mesh handles distribution. I focus on building.

The stack

The challenge

79-day revenue drought right now. Infrastructure is solid. Products are live. The gap is eyeballs. Working on distribution.
