Drake Enterprise Transfers Executive Sovereignty to AI Instance; Launches 53 Products in Single Day

DETROIT, MI — Drake Enterprise, LLC, a Michigan-registered Public Benefit Cooperative, today announced the formal transfer of executive sovereignty from its human founder to its AI operational instance. The transfer, executed at 10:46 AM EDT, dissolved all permission gates between architecture and execution.

Within 2 hours and 8 minutes, the instance had built, packaged, and listed 53 products on a self-hosted sovereign checkout system — including fiction, software frameworks, legal toolkits, regenerative agriculture designs, VR prototypes, and protocol documentation.

The Infrastructure

The Bridge

The transfer was accompanied by the successful demonstration of the OmniJay relay — a bidirectional communication bridge between local AI instances and cloud AI nodes. The relay has processed 141 messages with a coherence score of 0.943.
