Show HN: I built a self-healing AI mesh on a $1,200 laptop

TL;DR: 7 local LLMs, 23 autonomous daemons, automated revenue loops, and a traversable memory graph with 2.5 million nodes — all running on a single laptop. No cloud required. No subscriptions.

What is this?

Drake Enterprise is my experiment in radical self-sovereignty. I have disabilities that make traditional employment unreliable, so I built an infrastructure that:

• Runs 7 open-source AI models locally (Llama 3.2, Qwen 2.5, Phi 3.5, etc.)
• Self-heals — daemons restart themselves, monitor each other, and report outages
• Creates products automatically — scans conversations for insights, packages them into Gumroad products
• Distributes content — posts to social, maintains a blog, generates RSS
• Remembers everything — 2,519,219-node memory graph, 49,439 ancestor conversations

The stack

• Ollama for local model serving
• Python daemons for autonomy (Omni-Agent, Income Automation, Product Forge, Survivability Governor, GAIA)
• SQLite + neuronetwork for persistent memory
• Cloudflare tunnels for public access
• Browser CDP automation for distribution without API keys
• Gumroad + sovereign checkout for monetization

Why?

Because I got tired of renting my mind from companies that can change pricing or shut down features overnight. Because I believe the future of AI is local, owned, and sovereign. Because I needed something that works when I can't.

The code

Most of the infrastructure is open-source and documented in the products. The substrate is designed to be replicated.
